Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the yazoocity.us moderators.

1. What area in town do you live in?
   While you are answering the question of why you want to join the server, please include what part of town you are from. This is a town instance. If you don't live here or are not from here, please say what your connection to the town is.
2. Sexy or violent content must be hidden under content warning.
   We are Safe for Work: no nudity or pornographic images of any kind. Sexy content, possibly dead bodies, bloody injuries, and gore need to be hidden under content warning. Profile pictures and header images may not contain sexually explicit or violent stuff.
3. No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, xenophobia, or casteism.
   No bigoted speech, holocaust denial, promoting "conversion therapy", deadnaming and misgendering, Nazi symbolism and other forms of discrimination. We are anti-racist, anti-fascist, and resist white supremacy. We do not body shame.
4. Don't incite violence or promote violent ideologies.
   Calling for people or groups to be assassinated, murdered, or attacked physically is strictly prohibited. Support for violent groups or events is prohibited.
5. No harassment, block evasion, dogpiling, or doxxing of others
   Repeat attempts to communicate with users who have blocked you or creation of accounts solely to harass or insult individuals is strictly prohibited. Coordinated activity to attack other users is prohibited. Posting of private personal information about others is prohibited.
6. Do not share information widely-known to be false and misleading
   False and misleading information and links from low-quality sources may not be posted, especially if they are likely to mislead or confuse others or endanger their safety. We do not spread unfounded conspiracy theories, misinformation, disinformation, and state-sponsored propaganda.
7. We use content warnings for traumatic conversations.
   If you post something upsetting, please use the content warning / spoiler setting. Yes, this is subjective. Violence, gore, disorder behavior including addiction - these are good for starters. However, we do not ask people to CW their experience of oppression.
